They said 3 minutes and pull forward. Maybe because their drive through timer was running. Still didn't receive my order for another 11 minutes!? Was almost late for work. I pulled in when no cars at the drive thru? Will not be stopping againParking: Parking waiting on my food of course. Just ridiculous wait time
The food took a long time to arrive. I ordered the new crab cake and popcorn shrimp po' boy from the menu. While they prepared it fresh, the Krystal was extremely cold, and the wait time was at least 8 minutes.
To anyone Eating here they have an active Roach infestation. Also the the manager shevin he will definitely give You the food if it’s been dropped on the ground. Guaranteed FOOD POISONING.
I love this restaurant, but the service can be inconsistent. I had to wait a while before I was able to order, and I was given the option of liquid cheese which I declined. Book a table now
I have to admit, every now and then I get a craving for some quick, greasy, burgersThis place does not fill that quota.
