I drove the high street, kew, when I saw the German names for kitchen, is my background Austrian, so I decided to examine. I bought half a dozen things I liked to take. to try and get home. everything was tasty and tasty, and I could not happier with the excellent quality, aromen, service and all round excellent. Since then I have been a regular and have recently paid for my birthday party. that was also a stunning success with every single product delicious, whether sweet or hearty. as a retired food critic I am very aware of the quality and therefore I would never pass by cheek for future catering requirements. the only part of this facility is that I can never get to drive by without buyi...
Lovely spot in Kew! We came here for a quick breakfast and we plan to return soon. Family run place, warm welcome and friendly service. My friend ordered a beautifully presented porridge that doesn’t even feature in the menu. But they make it anyway and...it looked delicious as said my friend. Hubby had a muffin that you could tell taste it was freshly baked. I had poached eggs on ciabatta. Only issue was that I ordered on grain toast. Coffee was spot on, we had to have repeats! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.
This cafe was formerly called Cafe on High, a delightfully friendly, no nonsense cafe with great food and coffee. Kuche, as it is now known, still has great food and coffee, but the prices have skyrocketed, presumably to recoup the cost of extensive renovations to...appeal to the yuppie market. Service, whilst pleasant is no longer personable. As a result, it's now just another overpriced contender in the competitive Melbourne suburban cafe scene, with emphasis on commercial success at the expense of customer experience.
the service is always fast as the staff is plentiful and efficient. eating is fresh and of the highest quality. sherryl and walter ensured a new private function and it was not disappointed, but it was wonderful. we had a selection of miniature desserts to finish, and the look and taste was amazing. I would highly recommend kuche.

Truly one of a fantastic breakfast and lunch spots I discovered in Melbourne. Spectacular cakes. all food was absolutely amazing. coffee was excellent.

Sheryl and Walter have established a hidden gem in Kew East. The food is fresh and top-notch in quality. I wouldn't choose to dine anywhere else.
