I have heard a lot about Kung fu tea but never been to one because the closest one was in college park. I'm glad this one is now open! Now I know what the hype is. The bubbles are AMAZING! They're soft, chewy, and so flavorful itself! I got a red bean slush with bubbles, regular sweetness with no ice since it's a slush already). It is delicious!! Will come back over and over again!!! The only reason I can't give Kung Fu Tea a full 5 stars is due to inconsistency in how my orders are prepared. Most of the time—about 95%—everything is spot on, but on my last visit, the drinks were weak and watery. It might have been because there were some new staff working that day. On the plus side, their boba is always fresh! They have a great variety of options, and this location is clearly popular. Since there isn’t one close to us, we make the 20-minute drive to come here about once a week.
I have to say that I love my Hot coffee and yes I like my hot cappuccino. But, today it was my first time in this place and I wasn?t clear in my order and instead of a regular cappuccino came an ice cappuccino, and I just accepted my mistake. I decidedto try why not? And guess what? I was not disappointed at all. Taste very good, very refreshing! I certainly will be back, itwas a short wait, easy parking, welcome service and nice location in the Village at Waugh Chapel.
I have to say, I really enjoy my hot coffee and cappuccino. However, during my first visit to Kung Fu Tea, I wasn’t clear with my order and ended up with an iced cappuccino instead of a regular one. I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised! It tasted great and was very refreshing. I definitely plan to return. The wait was short, parking was easy, and the service was welcoming. Plus, the location in the Village at Waugh Chapel is lovely.

The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is consistency with how well my selection is made. 95% of the time it's perfect, but we recently had some poorly made drinks that were watery. Perhaps they had some new staff members on that shift.However, their boba is always freshly made ! They have more than enough selections to choose from and this location is prettypopular. We don't have one near us so we drive about 20 mins to come here once a week.
Everytime we get a bubble tea here it?s only 75%. Come on kung fu tea???? we paid full price, please train the staff to take out the foam. All of our orders are like this?. We are so upset Update? i?m so glad the owner noticed my review and immediatelycover this problem with the staff. She also apologize to us ????
I wanted to grab a quick cup of joe, before going to Titan?s next door. I got the hot Mocha coffee. It was pretty good. All the Tea options are a fad, though, I think. Excessive and pretentious. A little too hip for my taste... attracting the teeny boppers. Also, I think the name is a little cheesy.
Absolutely delicious! We've been here several times, and I can confidently say that the service has consistently been outstanding. The bubble tea beverages are amazing. We're so pleased to have a Kung Fu Tea close by!

Update: I'm happy to report that the owner saw my review and quickly resolved the issue with the staff. She also personally apologized to us!
