They offer mobile ordering through their user-friendly app, making it easy to simply walk in and grab your order. Although the seating is limited, the space is clean and well-lit. The staff are friendly and work efficiently. Additionally, this location is situated within a larger strip mall, so there’s plenty of parking available!
Overall, the service is usually quick and efficient. I often place my orders ahead of time and have never encountered any problems. The staff members are friendly, and the bubble tea is consistently tasty. My personal favorites are the taro with grass jelly and the taro with Oreos. Additionally, the mango creamsicle is a fantastic treat on a warm day!
I've visited this place for boba a few times and really appreciated the lively atmosphere created by the staff. However, every time the manager comes by, it feels like she's putting them under a lot of undue pressure. It's hard for me to fully support the establishment after witnessing this. On the bright side, the boba is really good!

I really love this place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when I'm unsure about what to order, they patiently offer me various options to choose from, and they prepare my bubble tea quickly.
The service was incredibly slow—maybe many of the staff are new or in training? I seriously considered walking out, tea or no tea.
This small cup, plus tax, is $7.25, which I find to be a bit pricey. It's a little more expensive than other places in New York.
