The best food I've ever had on the ski slope at a very reasonable price and with great atmosphere! La Bergerie is the place to be for lunch even if you cannot make any reservations, you never wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The best is to arrive around 1:45 PM or 2pm when everyone is nearly done and heading Back to the slopes.....you have just skied on, on your own, as everyone was having lunch! As far as the menu , try the Palero or épaule d'agneau don't forget the red wine it will make you ski better afterwards!Enjoy :)Oh I forgot , make sure to order your dessert at the beginning as there will be no left at the end of your meal.

Went there for lunch. We couldn't book a table so went there on the off chance we could get a table for 7. We were give two tables next to each other, very little room, no hooks for coats. It is the busiest time for the ski resort. I had the ravioli but didn't taste that great. I saw the salad which was supposed to be a Cesar salad. Presentation was sad, chunks of salad, chunks of chicken, it looked dry. Service was excellent though, very friendly staff considering they were extremely busy.I head from the table next to ours that the desserts were delicious!!

We must have picked the wrong day but our experience there was really bad, having to wait over 1h15min for our food... But the staff finally apologised and asked us not to pay. Still I would have preferred to pay and eat well and be back on the slopes faster! Not sure I will try again, I will stick with L'Alizier which is a much better option in my view.

Every time they deliver. Great menu. I like the Paleron, ravioli Nicoise, I could go on. If you are hungry take the coté de boeuf to share, brilliant. Outside is great when sunny and inside is so cosy if not. The staff are the best. Helpful, fast and always look after the kids. Book a table now

We visited for lunch having been before and regret it was disappointing. The calamari was served in a light batter that fell away too easily and the tartiflette was most ordinary. The best thing about this restaurant is the location on the piste but not one to remember

This is probably the best restaurant on the slopes in Auron but competition is poor of course.Food is ok, service is ok, prices are a bit high. But this is a real restaurant with a real staff, not a self service like most of the other places on the slopes.

right in the middle of the slopes. Sun shining with a cold beer and good wine. The food is great, particularly the risotto. They also do sharing beef and lamb which needs to be ordered in advance. Will definitely be doing that next season.

Very busy around lunch time. Dood took a while but got two fantastic salads. As with many French waiters started off aloof but warmed to us once we started to order food and drinks. Book a table now
