Life and generosity in this restaurant.... both in the plate and from the owners who are very attentive to their customers. The products are of good quality and have a lot of taste. And Prades is a small beautiful village that offers an ideal parenthesis to forget the worries of everyday life.
We organized our anniversary at Bexane and the Melezes for 60 people (Diner, Night, Breakfast and Brunch). Jean-Denis Charly's ultra pleasant reception that has done everything to satisfy us. Their kitchen is neat and the quantities well proportioned.
What to say ? Make up your own mind by simply going there. My opinion is summarized in the number of stars JD and Charly will welcome you warmly. We ate: chicken supreme stuffed with porcini mushrooms and 1 Pyrenean burger
