warm and generous welcome, such as food, simple dishes, prepared with great care. a permanent concern to please the client. The price is absolutely unbeatable. 11 euros : entry / dish / dessert, good wines at very affordable prices. Of course you have to climb the Victoria Hugo Street, but it is worth it. All restaurants around (I have practiced them for years are avoiding, or too expensive, or mediocre, often both at a time). Viva the victor's bodega! bravo to Mr. Jess lopez.
restaurant at the top the best restaurant at will around perpignan and from far for us (and for having all tested them. the staff is extremely helpful, pleasant and smiling. the kitchen is excellent, especially Asian salads and my big love the Tom Yam soup that has the same taste as in Thailand!!! a delight she made me travel in a moment. a quiet and serene atmosphere very pleasant. everything is clean and well presented. Everything's good. We'll be back with great pleasure.

Restaurant found by chance in a small street of pauillac, but chance does well! I recommend this establishment where simple and quality cuisine is served. the boss, the only master on board, is welcoming and warm. we find no better value for money: fresh and quality products for a meal at only 11 euros: what more? You are welcomed by the boss who serves you a simple but quality cuisine. I was entitled to a very tender false net accompanied by fresh fries which is quite rare nowadays, with bonus without supplement of the salad. a 11 euros the meal, I think, with the quality in bonus, that it is without competition.
I kept a good memory, with time the whole lost interest in competition. The price quality ratio remains correct, however.
It's not the restaurant of the century, but I like this little place. We eat pretty well and the frame is nice.
