Nous étions déjà venus dans ce restaurant l'an passé et avions été ravis autant sur la qualité des plats que du service.Quelle déception cette année!! Nous avons mangé en terrasse ( aux alentours de 22h00), très agréable étant donné qu'il faisait chaud, mais un manque évident de lumière. Autant dire que choisir nos plats sur la carte n'a pas été facile.Le pain du haut 3 hamburgers que nous avions commandés sont arrivés en partie carbonisés. Cela n'a pas eu l'air de déranger le serveur ( manager?) qui nous les a amené l'air de rien ( il s'est peut-être dit que dans la pénombre ça ne se verrait pas!)Une serveuse a voulu débarrasser notre table, mais mon mari n'avait pas fini son plat. I suppose, in a way, La Boucherie has something of a 'captive market ', as it is adjacent to a cluster of hotels with little alternative choice without getting in the car again. After a 470 mile drive from Calais, we are not going to be too fussy. So, it;s just as well that it is a rather good restaurant. It is slightly steak and beef orientated, but there is a good choice of other dishes on the menu. You will certainly feel as if you have had plenty to eat and it is remarkably good value too. We have been here four times and never been dissapointed.
This establishment was on campus for us right beside our Hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff were really helpful and friendly, so the place has a good atmosphere. When I ordered a cognac on one occasion, the young lady, wanting to know whether or not I wanted a double measure, inquired if I wished 2 litres or 4 litresof cognac much to her own embarrassment and the great amusement of her colleagues. She had meant 2 or 4 Millilitres, of course, but all present, including herself, had a good laugh.
I stayed at the Ibis hotel with a couple of friends for one night. We went next door to La Boucherie for a meal after the hotel staff recommended it. To make it easier all three of us chose a salad at 15 euros. It was a large bowl.of mainly lettuce with not very nice chicken pieces. A salad, beer, dessert and coffee was 32 euros each. It was the poorest value meal during our one week trip. We should have gone to the nearby McDonald's for the same food at a fraction of the price. Friendly service though so not all bad.

La dernière fois que nous sommes venus, après avoir dit que nous souhaitions prendre des déserts mais que nous étions pressés, la serveuse a oublié de prendre la commande et nous avons attendu vingt minutes puis nous sommes partis sans déserts... dommage car c'est un bon restaurant, agréable, où l'on mange bien
We were staying at the Ibis hotel next door to the restaurant. Although it was busy there was a choice of tables, either outside on the patio or inside. Due to the temperature being still over 33C we ate inside and then sat outside to take in the evening air over another bottle of wine. My wife enjoyed a steak, cooked perfectly to her likings. I chose a fancy burger and was amazed at the quality of it and the range of flavours. We will definitely eat here again
Venus plusieurs fois dans cet établissement, pas déçus.Très bien accueillis, conseils et informations sur le plat du jour.Nous avons pris à la carte, viande tendre et gouteuse, le Tarpaccio , tartare et carpaccio au saumon délicieux, desserts, vin en carafe. Le prix reste correct.
Nous sommes venus dans ce restaurant car nous dormions dans l'hôtel situé juste à côté. Nous avons été agréablement surpris, le personnel est accueillant, le repas est d'assez bonne qualité pour une franchise et l'addition n'est pas trop salée. A refaire!

Idéalement placé lorsqu'on dort à l'hôtel tout proche et que l'on veut éviter de reprendre la route. Cadre agréable et propre, personnel accueillant et efficace, repas copieux.
Les clients des hotels situés à proximité bénéficient d'une réduction de 10 %. On peut s'y rendre a pied. Restauration correcte
