Séjour de 4 jours en 2021 post Covid plutôt réussi Chalet et chambre très cosy à la hauteur de mes attentes Petit déjeuner parfait et ski bien organisé pour la journée Nous étions 2 couples très amateurs de vins et de grands restaurants et avons réservé le dîner le samedi soir au 3 étoiles Menu assez interessant et plutôt réussi niveau 3 étoiles certes mais honnêtement je ne me souviens plus d une émotion inoubliable Peut-être les tarifs de la carte des vins absolument stratosphériques argile blanc des ardoisières à 140 euros…. C’est un endroit merveilleux : tout est parfait, l’exceptionnelle cuisine bien sûr, le cadre chaleureux et raffiné dans sa simplicité, le service aussi précis que gentil. Et les propriétaires toujours accueillants. 4 ème repas au fil des années : toujours aussi magique !

Merci pour cette magnifique soirée. Le repas a été au delà de notre attente en particulier les filets de perche qui nous ont éblouis à l'unanimité. Service parfait et sommelier aussi. Bravo, continuez comme ça.
