Very disappointed. We were three, tea not hot enough in tiny and cold teapots, mediocre hot chocolate. Tartelettes with meringrated apples, the bottom was soaked (4 euros a pie, we would expect better! . Simple bistro furniture, no heating in February, everything was cold in every sense of the term. This is absolutely not the cocooning tea lounge where you feel good. A shared view of the three people who shared this moment. I share the opinion of another person: very expensive for a very medium quality. Welcome no more warm than the cold atmosphere of this place. Saint Briac deserves much better!
Being a patisserie fan I discovered the briacine after advice of a client because for years I have been looking for a place capable of perfecting a buche with traditional butter cream what I had the chance to discover here. In 1 week I went back 3 times to buy the same. A friend took different pie and cakes each time for which she was not disappointed alone flat on 2 pie or the dough was môle but otherwise the rest gustatively was perfect! Of course, I will come back to taste new things because these are a patisserie that puts you water in your mouth!
In the centre of the village we took a breakfast. Several possible formulas, we took that at €11. What a treat. I enjoyed eating bread like we can't find. This breakfast was delicious. I recommend for gourmets and people looking for quality products.

I went with my daughter to find our phoenix to discover this pastry, a very nice discovery and a very pleasant welcome. Thank you for the praline cake, it was delicious and was much appreciated by the whole family.
Pris 2 cakes including the briacin and lemon pie the and coffee 15€... gloups !!!!! Good pastry but not exceptional for the ratio quality price. Don't come back.
The pork bun was excellent as well as the pistachio cookie! The decor is hot, bravo! The team is full and does what it can to meet the high demand with a smile!
