What a welcome when we appeared out of the fog to a terrific welcome from Laure after being helped down to the deck by the staff and chef who were clearing the deck. The interior and ambience was beautiful; cosy and warm. We especially loved the benches covered in fur throws. The children were delighted by their menu enfant. Fabulous burgers followed by rich chocolate mousse. We chose from a small menu of traditional meals. Favourites included the potee sausage cabbage potato ham hock, and delicious tartiflette accompanied by wonderful green salad. Special effort made for a birthday in our party which they knew nothing about before we arrived. It’s a must to visit. Go there!
Nous étions venus plusieurs fois il y a 2 ans le restaurant était vraiment au top. Cette fois-ci avec le même chef la qualité est en baisse avec des prix . Le carpaccio de boeuf était coupé trop épais et était sans saveurs pratiquement pas de crème d'anchois qui aurait donné plus de saveurs, pas de tomates confites mais cerises moins goûteuses ..... le tartare de thon façon thaï était insipide! Dommage car la fraîcheur du produit est là. Il reste le cadre avec la vue.
We went to this place for lunch; it was busy but not that much. The food is good, some dishes are small (tartiflette) for the price. They have a poor service organisation. You need to be mindful of your orders and follow up if you do not want to spend 2h for lunch. Overall nice lunch but the place can improve to make it a great experience
do absolutely during your stay in valmeinier. a young, dynamic and pleasant team! a little break at noon: quiet on the bridges with a panini or terrace for lunch. not counting the Nordic bath (jacuzzi) for the brave! I love, we'll come back

This small caban with view an beautifull, frindly service warms you up. Especially with the Rhum PomPomPom and thecosy fired benches inside. The burger looks delicious but expensive over 20euros
Great Service! Amazing views! What a pleasure to drop in! Although they do not take reservations, they succeed to make lunches a pleasure.
You won’t be disappointed. True cuisine in the middle of the mountains. Lovely view, amazing food. Missing this place is a big mistake!
