for the first of the pre-summer year (Saturday 16/04/22) I am sorry to say that the service was bad. Every year we go twice. But now I think we have to review the recruitment. Indeed we had bread in the bag but it was just docks. we felt like we had all the dives of the previous tables. We asked for it again... the waiter was more concerned to serve the water flavored with rosemary for the finger rinse than to take care of its tables...We were removed the plates after the oysters, we were served the padène pan without the plates. Maybe we had to eat it on the towel?!! I had to get up af...

Beyond the melody or dorade already well known, I let myself try by the chicken with the crust of salt ... but many and it is normal to focus on everything that is shell or fish, cooking me often, I let myself try by this poultry, here at the gruissan salins. a massacre, a majestic cuisine, perfect. the kitchen is at the top!!! a real treat. servers are very nice and good advice the style is very atypical, however a little expensive. for example for a fish 20€...
The place is beautiful, the very nice waitresses and we eat very well: local specialties and ultra fresh products.
