Came to try Puerto Rican food which wasn't even on the menu, it's supposed to be Puerto Rican/Colombian, we had to get up to see board on a wall that listed some Puerto Rican dishes!!!! Nothing was available. We ended ordering Colombian Chicken in sauce and we were served a different one (chicken sudado) than the one we ordered. Ordered mofongo and it was never prepared for us. The server is another thing, she didn't know items in the menu or how they were prepared, she didn't have a pleasant attitude at all!!!! This was our first time visiting, and we wanted to give the restaurant a chance despite the negative reviews. Inside, it was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we chose to sit outside. The menu was very limited, and we were hoping to try Colombian dishes. We ordered some empanadas and patacones. Unfortunately, the empanadas were not fresh—some were even cold inside. We decided not to order any more. Also, it’s surprising that a Colombian restaurant doesn’t have buñuelos. The only item that was fresh and tasty were the patacones. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
The small piece of carne asada that came with my eggs was spoiled. It didn't look great, but I tried it anyway, and unfortunately, my instincts were right. I ordered fresh plátanos maduros, and they turned out to be the kind you just microwave. Yuck.
Overall, it felt overpriced and disappointing. I hope they can improve. The calentado was tasty, but the eggs were not good at all; they added green and red bell peppers to a dish that really only needs tomato and green onion. Shaking my head. They're making things up as they go along. #inventando
I absolutely love the authentic flavors of Colombian and Puerto Rican cuisine here! This is hands down my favorite Latin restaurant. I usually start with a passion fruit juice, empanadas, and patacones served with their incredible salsa/ají. For the main course, I alternate between la bandeja paisa and arroz con gandules with pernil. Their portions are generous and satisfying, and the prices are incredibly affordable. You really get the full homemade dining experience for you and your family—it’s simply the best!

This family-run restaurant offers a unique twist on traditional dishes. I tried their version of Puerto Rican pastelillos, and they were among the best I've ever had in terms of flavor. They are a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. I also enjoyed a Colombian dinner plate while I was there, and it was excellent. I definitely recommend visiting this place more than once!
The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The arroz con gandules and pernil are delicious, and their empanadas are absolutely amazing. Everything has a homemade and authentic feel. The service is excellent, and they even have live music. It's a wonderful place to bring your family!
