I'm sorry. on the cake the Turkish, it is far from my memories of my childhood when we share one for the birthdays! What a disappointment! Where is lightness, crispy, softness? nothing to see: fat, dry, ugly. we understand that the secret of the recipe has been kept for so long; And it's a shame to finally send it if it was to make such a boil!
