Convenient to our hotel, La Consigne was our morning choice--sometimes not very early but still a good start to a day of sight seeing. Crepes, La 'Anglaise, and Le Francaise (please, pardon my spelling) Breakfasts. The waiter didn't speak any more English than we spoke French. But we got along well with pointing and guessing, and the food was delightful.
We stumbled into this place on a rainy day when we didn't want to walk far. The food was great and the service was excellent. We visited again for a leisurely meal while the euro 2016 game was on. We were rewarded with a free cheeseboard which was very kind. A lovely place much underrated
This place is not fancy, but it is efficient, and it is not expensive for Paris. It is the kind of place that you order the plat du jour. The menu is in French and English. When I ate here, I think that I was the only tourist, everyone else seemed to be locals.
We loved going to La Consigne just down the street from our hotel for breakfast. Nice light meal and friendly staff. We would have coffee and a croissant and people watch from a great location. The staff were very tolerant of our poor french! Book a table now
Beautiful restaurant on the boulevard du Montparnasse just steps from rue de Rennes. Excellent dessert and dish. The boss and his team are very welcoming. I recommend.
great food, wifi free, amazing service and incredibly convenient in the location (2 minutes to foot after gard du lyon.) skip the menu and try the special of the day!
if they are a tourist in paris, free wlan gold will come to them! just ask the waiter for the password. we stopped the la consigne for dinner, although ours.
during my trip to paris I had no good experience with the search for good places to eat until I found la consigne. they are open late, which is very. Book a table now
The boss asked me to pay more than I should have. If you can avoid this bar don't hesitate to go to another one
