Lamentable. It's impossible to have a vegetarian and lactose-free option. While they present the map of their allergens, there is no possible development, even if it hurts the health of their potential customers. Ridiculous and shameful. And, don't hide it, service that's unfriendly. Maybe this lady is well aware and tired of taking the remark. But in that case, it might be necessary to move in order to change things with the brand you serve, dear lady.
