It's been in my list for a long time. Last weekend i went there for celebrating the mum's day. I must say the place is very charming inside a volcanic cave. But talking about food and service to be truly it was very poor. They didn't write down the order properly, they bring you a bottle of water without glasses, the meal is not served at the same time in the table for the diners. The steak and the ribs were raw, the chips pretty much non fried.... in few words; a little disaster. And, when you are about to pay, be aware of the bill, they could charge you for some extra beer glasses.
El Guachinche La Cueva Caprichosa Los parrandas is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a little far away from downtown. They have a parking place where you can park your car. They offer typical local Canarian food, very tasty and at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly, but as most things in the Canary Islands, the rythm is relaxed :

Inmejorable trato de los camareros. Ambiente excelente pues esta comiendo dentro de una cueva. Exquisita comida Canaria. Me encantó!!
