I ordered a lamb ris in a cognac cream sauce. the cream sauce was very good, but the calf ris just seemed to be cooked in the sauce and were pretty soft. I admit that I only had them a few times, but this preparation seemed badly executed, which removes the tasty sauce.

The ducasse is a kind of ringard pub at a corner of the crawl of thirst street, I stopped (not because I was thirsty, it started to rain!) the seats on the outside would be perfect to watch people pass. I didn't eat here.
