Excellent hamburger, the best I have had in France. It's tough because we don't go there often enough and I have gotten stuck on one that has a fried egg (don't remember the name.) Get that one. I would not call this a negative because the fries are really good but the only thing I would change would be to make homemade fries. They would then match the quality of the burgers, the bun, the meat and the toppings. That said, get the fries, they are really good.

Recommended by the surf shop. Was indeed the best burger! My husband loved his goats cheese burger, a fine balance of flavours. I loved the fabrique burger, and the chicken nuggets were done of the best I've ever had. Very good.
