I ate here while I was on vacation in Ardeche. I ordered the shrimp which came with a hefty price of 25 euros but unfortunately they were steamed with no flavoring and were only okay. Needed some herbs or aioli. Sterved with a spinich frittata...and salad which were very good, also a baked potato with creme fraiche. With my meal I enjoyed a few glasses of excellent white whine (domaine de colombier). However the best part of my meal was the most amazing tiramisu, my favorite dessert. Definitely order it! Great service and a really nice team.

We visited Vogüé for one day and had luch at La Falaise. Lunch was not very special but tasty. MY boyfriend had the Filet mignon de porc which had been cut into pieces before they were baked which meant they were very chewy. I had the tartare the boeuf and while it was very tasty, the two following days I could not leave the toilet anymore because of this dish. If you offer a dish like this as a restaurant, please make sure you keep your ingredients fresh because being sick for two days on vacation wasn't pleasant at all!
this place has all the signs of a tourist trap when they see it first. the kitschige waiting personal, great location, etc. as usual, we landed there for the comfort factor because it is directly on the main road to the city. Eat: it was good. not good, in no case remarkable, but at least it was not bad what I was hoping for. the view from the outside seat is quite good. they can see the cliffs, the river and parts of the city.

this place is insanely not a nicer. unpleasant people not to care for their customers if they do not laugh about them. very long wait to take and serve the order, even if the restaurant was not full at all. eating is not even good. read. all the comments, I can only say I am fully in agreement with the one who calls for not to stop. they use a beautiful location, that's so disappointing.
The escargot soufflé was delicious! But also the other dishes tasted great. Not sure why this scores 8 out 8 in Vogue, because everybody there seemed to enjoy the food en extermely friendly service. The waiter drew a sheep when he didnt know to explain in English what lamb is. Will go again if we are around, for sure!
very warm welcome, excellent food and a wonderful view of the ardeche await you. spent a wonderful Saturday morning / afternoon in an idyllic location with beautiful gastronomics.
Ice-Cream was in order that prices were increased and service was not really friendly. it is only due to the beautiful setting that it is a 2.
