After a walk with beautiful ribs climbing nothing but a comforting dish to regain strength to descend to the village. We were welcomed, the service was very well and the divine cuisine. We even bought cooked jars to bring home.
My taste buds remember with happiness! The omelette with cepes and home foie gras... a marvel! And the location, overlooking the Cauterets Valley, adds a plus to this warm inn. I highly recommend!!
