Was really looking forward to eating here because the menu looked great. The food ended up disappointing and one entree was inedible. Started with the lobster bisque and and their version of the Moscow Mule but with tequila. Both were fantastic and we were off to a great start. Then it went downhill. The queso appetizer came out with the soup instead of before it. Thatâs not a huge deal but trying to eat both at the same time was awkward. Biggest problem is the queso wasnât melted where you could dip chips into it. It was more like a solid block of mozzarella and we were literally cutting it with a knife and fork to eat bites of cheese. Ended up leaving of it uneaten. We are not big comp...
we had a lot of dishes here and everything is so good. that is not her normal Mexican restaurant. all from salsa to deceit, empanadas and tacos are so gourmet. reminds me of eating in Mexico City. service of all gälsen are also excellent. Ask for anna or ariana, but they're all good. a last thought, the cocktails above all the different margaritas are excellent. try the margarita tamarindo or gurken jalapeño margarita fantastic things. fun. you will not regret it. ps best churros in the city!
Excellent service, delicious food, great drinks and a fantastic vibe throughout the restaurant. Itâs priced pretty great for what youâre getting and is probably my new favorite seafood place. Noise is probably only on the level bc of a big table in the back, but when I tell you the service was great Iâve never had a server who knew the menu well enough to say that one option was better bc it could overpower the taste of what we ordered. Plan to go back again in the future
We had a very nice meal and enjoyed our experience at La Fisheria downtown. Saturday night about PM and LOTS of energy. Victoria was our server and she was excellent. Food was hot and tasty. Recommended for a good time and good value! Book a table now
