Manager is refusing to call me back and has yet to refund me for a June 5th order they were unable to fulfill.I ordered pick up through an online app and paid with my card. They unfortunately had to cancel my order as they did not have the entire order and couldn't remove only the items for the order that they did not have. They then asked us to pay again in person for the items we received and were told the refund would come within 5 7 business days. This was on June 5th and I still have not received my refund. I have called 4 times and requested to speak with a manager. They have yet to call me back. This was no small charge either it was a meal for 3 and a substantial amount that they nee...
However, it wasn't just the noise that ruined our night; the food was also subpar. I ordered the special lobster ravioli, which I had enjoyed in the past. It seemed like they might have a new chef, as the filling tasted canned rather than homemade. My boyfriend ordered the veal Parmesan, and he found the breading to be quite poor, leaving him disappointed as well. The spinach salad we started with was fine, but the ravioli dish came with only five pieces for $38, which felt like a poor value overall.
Based on last night's experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
The food was amazing! I had the veal piccata and gnocchi with red sauce, and both dishes had exceptional sauces. The spinach salad was not only delicious but also visually stunning. I would suggest providing fresher or different bread for the table. I can't wait to return!
First of all, the service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Although we were sitting outside, which can sometimes make it difficult for servers to check in on us, they did an exceptional job of ensuring we had everything we needed.
