The stuff I get from there taste great and the workers are friendly but my only issue is the wait time. Every time I go I have to wait 15-25 minutes for it to be done. 2 times where I made a phone order and went to go pick it up after 15 minutes had passed and once I get there they say that they are still making it and I had to wait another 25 minutes and no this is not an exaggeration. It took them a total of 40 min to have my stuff ready. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 15 min for 2-4 simple things especially if there is no one else ahead of me. And I normally get easy things like raspados, a chamango, or fresa con crema. I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews but this happens...
I got the Chamango it was just geeky spicy,salty, and the mango was not by them I can taste the syrup. I've tried other places in El Monte that make delicious Chamangos this is definitely the worst. I threw it away after I took this picture. Save your money they don't make their mango syrups. Plus the guy who helped me he looked unhappy.
The location is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking available. I tried the diablito raspado, which had a decent portion size, but the flavor was lacking. It felt like it was missing something, though I can't quite put my finger on what it was. Perhaps other menu items are better. Would I return? Maybe.
Horrible costumer service. Older gentleman gives very deity looks lady peeping has comments too. I understand every place does things different. I asked for no papaya as I'm allergic too it in my biónico and they both made a comment. I then waited for over 15 min for my biónico.

Amazing! Their portions of fruit are huge and well priced, the agua frescas super yummy, and the service is always great. And just to clarify the bionicos don't have papaya. They have mango, pineapple, cucumber, jicama, and cantaloupe. And the fruit is always fresh
During my second visit to this restaurant, I experienced very poor service. The woman working there was sweeping the floor and then served us ice cream without washing her hands. I cannot recommend this place.
Compre un jugo verde y me salió una cucaracha llame para notificarles y me dijo que Talvez estaba atorada en el estractor y por eso callo al jugo . No mas vuelvo a comprar ahí.

The Tamarindo slushy was delicious! The service was average, but I came for the raspado, and that's exactly what we enjoyed.
I bought a Chamango but it was so enchiloso (spicy) that I couldn't eat it and I do eat chili, I'm Mexican.
