Very pleasant frame. Friendly and professional staff. Bon Buffet... little more: specialities cooked in front of us in the open kitchen only in the evening. Wok also prepared on request noon and evening. Dessert in buffet: an assortment of bacon ice creams would have been welcomed instead of small iced jars but the small plus: hot desserts prepared on request (beignets ,banana flambée)
Having eaten in Japan, the tastes of the dishes are not at all. They don't even serve sake! Tempura frying is one of the only successful things. The edamame are served cold..Thanks to the open kitchen we realize that the noodles are heated to the micro wave...In the end it is expensive paid for a higher quality than average..
I was disappointed the serve-yourself dishes were almost all seafood, which I don't like. It's true you can have any other meat cooked at the wok station but I don't normally do this because it ends up unbearably salty, and sure enough my garlic and chicken just tasted of salt and salt.
