La Loggia - Table reservation

We came here based on the good reviews but were thoroughly disappointed. The service was painfully slow, which was particularly difficult because we had two small children with us (2 hours for two dishes). The food was fine but uninventive and overpriced for the quality. The smoked salmon plate for example could be replicated by purchasing a pack of smoked salmon at the grocery store and putting it on a plate. We ordered two small side green salads (ie only lettuce), which they charged 15 euro for. In short, lots of better options around.

This was the great food discovery of our stay in Bonifacio. The menu is largely pasta based, with some assiettes as well. Provided you are happy with this and we are then the standard of cooking here is exceptional. The owner knows exactly what she is doing about food and drink and she has a fine chef. The prices are very reasonable amazing for the quality. We recommend this restaurant very enthusiastically.

We were wandering around Bonifacio on a rainy day when we passed La Loggia. The wonderful smell tempted us in and we had a simple but really tasty lunch. It’s a small place and seems to get busy. For us, food was good, service was good. Very happy and would go back.

We were looking forward to the area and looked up to choose a place based on the reviews. We were very happy we decided to choose this place. Everything was good and the service was really nice. Worth the trip

We stopped for a drink on the terrace, the owner was almost insulted we didn't want to eat and returned twice to convince us otherwise. Very annoying.
