This would no doubt be one of the better restaurants in Castelnaudary. We ended up visiting twice and not for the Cassoulet! The Pork Spider was amazing as were the prawns and rice. The staff were really onto it, and most of them spoke English (I always hate to admit to that, as we are ones who should be speaking French ! Definitely the first stop for lunch or dinner. Great food, great staff. One of the best as far as we are concerned. Thanks for having us!
From crossing the highway we decided to stop eating a cassoulet, rather than eating on a highway area. We were not disappointed with the detour. We've taken the menu cassoulet with cassoulet and dessert to choose from. A real treat and in much enough quantity. The setting is nice and the reception is very good. Don't miss this address.
Coming from Perpignan only to taste the cassoulet, it was on the top, the waitress was great from beginning to end, I recommend 100% and I hope to return there one day!

"Very quaint place with average service but above average food. We seat upstairs the fist night and enjoyed the 28euro menu items and salads. For New Years we had a 42 Euro menu which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place."
