The food here is incredible. They have the best tacos, burritos, pupusas on Long Island. They also have a hot bar with different items featured daily. Pulled pork, meat balls, fried chicken, roasted chicken and so much more. All deliciously fresh andreasonably priced. You can choose your size plate starting at 10$. So your wondering why 4 stars? was that demand for Spanish eating the only place near my jobs, reviews sold me! all have another experience. the place is beautiful and clean. but, wasn't the food too much love, rice seemed pre-boxed no taste, pernil pork was so pale! only what I enjoyed on my little teller was the sweet planan. the price for a small platelet and drink was outraged definitiw not compare with a real Spanish place. I have to think three times that abbots try this place again. the staff was very nice, ground for an additional star.
This restaurant serves the best Spanish food in the area, hands down. The pupusas are incredible and all of their daily specials are delicious. From pernil to salmon bites, brisket to lemongrass chicken, chicken adobo to pollo frita, the menu is diverse and always tasty. While the dishes may be somewhat random, I have never been disappointed and always find something amazing. The staff also goes out of their way to serve fresh items. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
It took over an hour to get food 1/10 service.. We also were not greeted 0/10 for the Hawaiiano bowl it was supposed to come with a fried egg and maduros. I DID NOT receive them There was no flavor on the grilled chicken didn't even taste like salt was on it? And the rice was also not even salted at the least The beef empanada with green sauce was 7/10 To be told to wait 35 mins and end up waiting an hour and receive food that has 0 flavor ?????

I've been working in Massapequa for a couple of years, and this is the best meal I've ever had! The flavor and portion sizes from La Mesa are unbeatable. So far, I've tried the tacos de pernil, pollo pupusa, fried yucca, and lumpiang shanghai, and everything was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them more in the future.
Good food but Very unprofessional staff. After waiting in the store I was asked to cancel my order by ponytail guy because I asked on my order status after being placed over the phone for over an hour. 2 simple tacos orders. The guy said with an attitude “we’re busy I can cancel the order of you want”.
I had a wonderful experience at this cozy restaurant! The food was delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was charming. I especially enjoyed the Carne Asada platter. I will definitely return if I am in the area again!

Delicious food!!! Pupusas just like they made them in the motherland. The baleadas though, ugh my mouth is watering just thinking about them. I might have to pay them another visit
We took out from here the other night. The food was amazing. I would definitely order from here again. The pernil is delicious, would definitely recommend it.
