We have been very familiar with this place for many years. It seems there's a change in ownership last year. we discovered a very average, unpredictable and unpleasant service (at least for the manager). It's not the most important. the most important being the quality of food and the value for money. The tartare is certainly cut to the knife but not prepared, and the sauces are served in all-clean plastic cans. misses onions, pickles, ... in short it is raw meat with tomato sauce that is not even ketchup. frozen fries and not sufficiently cooked/grelled. We ate well in this restaurant at the deco typical of the savoy before. very clean establishment and very efficient service boy. only flats the gratin that is not one, it is steam potato with a piece of melted cheese not even gratized and quite cold... lovers of real gratin opt for something else on the map :) and advice to the cook to propose a real gratin or to change the name in order to avoid disappointments.
ambience : once seated .... a desire to leave .... background music my way and feeling piano version ( assured depress) . not big world .plat to 25€ disappointing, products not quality, ordinary . green salad , 2 potatoes , 2 small slices of less-quality raw ham , a sausage of strasburg instead of savoy sausage. half a bottle of wine and a note of 75€!! Very friendly and attentive server, it's nice.
If you go to the swan to eat a fondue and incidentally ski, it's the right place! beautiful cutlery plates cheese well chosen salad potatoes = perfect. We fell a fairly quiet evening, the service was attentive and casual. A real pleasure.

Second consecutive year we spend a party with friends in this restaurant to close our stay. a treat and a very good time. traditional cuisine with good products warm and welcoming atmosphere. The third!
