[Update 2023] The place is always up to my personal criteria, apparent wood, architecture and idyllic landscapes. The room was cozy but, even for a couple, the glass door that separates the bathroom (toilets included) from the stay annihile all respect intimate. On the other hand, although I was able to understand that things were not pink in the team, the reception at the restaurant and reception was glazed and sometimes disrespectful. I can understand that a personal situation can erase the smile but answering customers is a minimum. In addition, the menu is imposed and during the check-in, we were not warned that we could ask for other dishes. It was at the second dinner that we discovere...
Back to an Auberge that we know well, we went there several nights for dinner a few years ago and we stayed there in half board. Let's start on the positive points: undoubtedly its location, especially for Christmas markets, its family atmosphere and its friendly restaurant room. The good value for money half board is a real asset, the price of drinks is a bit overrated on the other hand. The food in sufficiency, varied and refined and corresponds to the local culture for its authenticity. A negative point that we must unfortunately emphasize: very bad reception. Thanks for this moment apart It is impossible to pass to Thannenkirch without stopping at the Meunière. The place is beautiful. A perfect balance between authenticity, class and modernity. The team is adorable, the breathtaking view of the valley. The wine maps are well provided, you will find wines from Alsace or elsewhere for all budgets. Very nice hostel, we spent two nights in half board Small details come to ruin the whole: no occulting curtains or shutters in the rooms despite the presence of several switches that I think have to order missing electrical shutters. The dinner: no choice and a lot of waiting that lets us contemplate a wooden ceiling not finished pitches maybe for lighting and a pvc tube cut to raz from the ceiling Damage the place is very nice and well placed to visit the area

Discovery of a very beautiful establishment on the occasion of a wedding. Spacious and well soundproofed room, small flat for the tapestry that takes off but it also makes the charm of the places. Super endroit mais à éviter si vous avez une carte cadeau, est ce le hazard , mais attendre si longtemps pour être servi.....alors les derniers arrivés sont servis avant vous. Quant à l accueil, pas terrible ,c est vrai que le temps n est pas terrible, mais un sourire et un ton aimable ça change tout.
