Highly recommended. A really enjoyable meal where the chef's interest is in concocting richly flavoured sauces to complement the simply cooked ingredients. No fashionably ephemeral decoration to the plates here though the presentation was attractive. The food was the thing and its well put together flavours were a delight. Perhaps no contrasts in texture and colour on the plate of the very finest starred restaurants but the high quality dishes offered very good value if not cheap. A la Carte or a choice of set menus.
