I went to this restaurant with a group to celebrate a birthday, and we were extremely disappointed with the service. Our waiter only took a few drink orders before disappearing for over 20 minutes. We had to remind him to take the rest of our table's order. When it came time to order our food, we had to flag him down to take our orders. He then took 4 orders and disappeared without returning. After several attempts to get him back to complete the order, he forgot the initial orders he had taken. Eventually, he took a few more orders, not getting to everyone at the table. The whole dining experience took 2 hours, and the food came out at different times. We were all left feeling confused and...
The food was just ... bad. I had chili relleno, a steak taco, and a chicken enchilada and all three were bad. The passion fruit margarita was fantastic. And my girlfriend said it was way better the other two times she ate there. But I am not going back. Except maybe for another passion fruit margarita ....
This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. The waiter was not attentive and it took 2 hours from the moment we placed our order to receive our food. On top of that, we were charged for the wrong drinks and they refused to correct the mistake.
We had a very pleasant brunch on Saturday. The sangria was refreshing and the tacos and enchilada were delicious. The decor was adequate and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
