I had the opportunity to taste several of their creations: the delicate and airy Paris Brest, the perfectly melting chocolate tart, a perfectly soaked rum baba and a surprising lemon-chocolate tart with perfect balance. Each pastry is a treat as much for the eyes as for the taste buds: a work of art, fine, tasty and always elegant. The breads are also of remarkable quality, crispy and tasty.
