after visiting the restaurants in erquy at the harbour and looking for them well, but all rather the same, we thought we would give this place an attempt based on TripAdvisor reviews. I was placed as a restaurant in a hotel, but eating here was the best we ate in erquy. the menu was a bit more pricier than the port menus, but eating was several notches fresh oysters than part of the starter on the set menu wow! we loved all three courses (we both chose fish (two different) for the net and had beautiful puddings) and a bottle of wine and watched the sun over the beach on the street from the restaurant. our French had just copied about the bases of the previous menus, but it was a relief to sp...
We dined in the hotel restaurant on both our nights there, sampling both the standard menu and a la carte choices. Every dish was beautifully presented and demonstrated great flavours. I a region that has literally hundreds of seafood restaurants, this is one that is...worth travelling to sample it really is very, very good.
Magnificent view over the harbor, and fine cooking. This restaurant is set slightly apart from the cluster of seaside restaurants at Erquy and is definitely more upscale. But still relaxed and cosy, and of course very good food.
Wide clean and good views with toilet facilities and beach activities may be worth travelling in if in the area but take a picnic as food is limited.
