When I made the booking for eleven people, I was told that it was not possible to order al a carte, that our only option was to choose a banquet. I chose the option advertised as an assortment of pizzas and pastas. I didn’t understand this at the time to mean that we would not have the opportunity to select the pizzas and pasta that we wanted to eat. Instead, we were served whatever the kitchen had slapped together.

My partner and I visited this restaurant one Friday night. I booked a table for 7:30pm (definitely recommend booking, very popular place!) but we arrived a bit early, and were greeted by what looked like the manager/owner. He was very pleasant and told us that our table wasn't quite ready, but there was no drama to let us sit near the bar and take a look at the menu. We needed the 10 minutes to look at it! Soooo much variety and soooo many options. We were then asked to move to our table. The service was very very good, and the food speaks for itself- amazing! We were a group of 12 from around the country, in Canberra for a two-day meeting. Briscola Pizzeria was the prefect choice for an evening of delicious food and lots of laughter! Our hosts chose a banquet menu for us and the quality of entrees, pasta dishes and pizzas was outstanding! The service was friendly and wonderfully enthusiastic. I'll be back in Canberra in November and hope to dine here again!

Was looking to eat a good pizza and saw a sign 'Best Italian 2015', so that's where I would find my pizza.
The place is nice and service is friendly, but pizza isn't amazingly good and the medium pizza was quite small for the price I had to pay. I do liked that they had some special Italian beers on the menu.
Tried it once but will not come back.
I ordered a 'medium' pizza which is actually a small size everywhere else at a cost of $23. Thought the pizza was average especially considering that they advertise that they are Artisan pizza makers! Would recommend you look elsewhere for a good pizza. Won't be going back.
The pizza was lovely and the risotto was good. Have been noticing this restaurant for a long time and it was ok but a little too pricy. Maybe next time with a friend to try other things.
The pizza here is CRAZY GOOD. Best pizza I've had in Canberra hands-down. Friendly service as well. Simple, with a perfect balance of flavours. Thanks guys! :)

Had a lovely $32 banquet lunch for nine. Plenty of pizza and pasta - all delicious. Great service and atmosphere. A fantastic place for a fun work lunch.
I had the three-meat ragu - excellent!! I would go back just for that. Atmosphere was good. Service great.
