My wife and I visited on a Thursday around lunchtime, arriving just after 12 PM. We were welcomed by a lady who continued to clean the floor with a bucket and mop for 15 minutes after we were seated. The young man who served us was friendly but completely inexperienced as a waiter. After we placed our order, the food arrived, and while Parmesan was offered, it ended up spilling on our table and my phone without any apology.
