We had dinner in the restaurant La Table de Jerome last week. The meal was fantastic from start to finish. The food was creative and every course was on mark with both presentation and taste. The wine list of primarily burgundy selections was outstanding, rivaling most lists in NYC. Our champagne aperativ from Billecart Salmon and a bottle from JJ Confuron Chambolle Musigny complemented our meal perfectly. The staff must be congratulated as well. Professional and friendly service was the rule, attentive throughout. La Table de Jerome is a real find. If you are in the Morvan is it a must stop. We will certainly be back on our next trip in September. Thank you for an amazing meal!

the place is charming, tastefully renovated, sobriety and modern, whether it be the restaurant or the hotel.We have dinner at "the table of aroma" and spent the night at the hotel. The kitchen is refined. the products are of excellent quality and great freshness. the flavours are varied, the dishes presented with taste. It's a pleasure to discover them. We'll go back. The breakfast of the hotel is a very pleasant surprise, hearty, complete and once again very good products for the greatest pleasure of our palaces.

..and then after several positive stories about the new location, the culinary shoes attracted and first ate at the brass seat of the hotel. Was good, but we found a little too cool and formal. Food was okay, though, and the hand of the master cook from the restaurant can be just a little more visible in the brass salad and make it more curious. I'm glad they're offering a day's worth for this affordable price. We'll try the restaurant again.

Hotel du Morvan is all it's website says. The experience is a journey around a food theme park. Wonderful food, attentive and knowledgeable staff. For those who are still in love with the traditional French professionalism and creativity in the kitchen and in front of house. Can't wait for our next visit.

excellent cuisine, very fine and refined. in great progress since our last dinner 4 years ago: very fresh products, very beautiful combination of flavors. However, it is felt that there is a shortage of staff in the kitchen and in the room.
