Beautiful and quiet hotel. Away from the bustle of Megève. SPA staff extremely professional, competent and humane. Top notch car service, Julien was adorable. Very nice bartender. On the other hand, big downside on the reception, (with the exception of the charming person who welcomed us on Saturday evening for the tour of the hotel) The reception lacks discretion (making one customer pay while another is sitting right next to it 30cm away). And above all, we asked to keep the room for 15/20 minutes longer because we had a duo massage treatment in the hotel spa until 12 p.m. We had to negotiate hard to get it and at 12:14 p.m. we were called on our cell phone to tell us to leave the room. Nice discovery. A true and authentic service, orchestrated by epicureans. The kitchen is refined, the tastes are fair and the ingredients are delivered to the center of the menu. We especially loved the dish around the vegetables, which allowed to highlight the qualities of the chef with "simple" tastes. Bravo to Dorine for its ease and perfect knowledge of products! The cheese tray is magical!! For the wines, we were guided by sommelier chef Alexandre; beautiful discoveries. Finally, desserts are surprising with flavors that bring us back to our mountains. To redo or discover without waiting.
We discovered a daring cuisine, and a great rigor, congratulations to the chef who used the local riches in his dishes. Special mention for the somelier/master of the room, who shattered by his sense of detail and his kindness. And especially to the pastry chef Tess Evans-Mialet, who, by his demand and precision, has come with humility to make us travel with his desserts.
A beautiful place away from the crowds of Megeve in high season. A very well mastered cuisine, well balanced in flavors from start to finish. Attentive and friendly service, well paced. The 2 stars seemed accessible to us on these criteria. The addition is however high and undoubtedly already anticipates the 2nd star :

It was a first in a starred restaurant, it was a great experience. We asked for a meal without meat and alcohol being Muslim. The chef delighted us, the dishes were refined, the staff with little care and very pedagogue in the presentation explanation of dishes and associations of flavors, a great thank you!
Not a 5 star hotel. Room service is extremely limited. No options for children. Can not order brocoli, carrots or any other vegetables. Only penne pasta. Understaffed. Poor service though the very few people that do work there try their best. One great thing was the breakfast Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 3
Very nice hotel in Megève with a view of Mont Blanc. Just 20 minutes walk from the center (and 5 minutes by car). Quality service, warm and elegant decoration. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
A very good service with very nice staff, a nice presentation of dishes but 4 out of 6 had a very bitter taste, which came to hide the other tastes...
