Glacial decoration worthy of an Ibis. Very short map, directed towards local products. No wine map: you choose directly in the cellar – an amateur cellar, with well selected bottles of beautiful properties, at reasonable prices. Rustic dishes, in the right direction of the term. Slow cooked milk corkscrew, finished on a plate, accompanied by an excellent potato purée. Nice saturated meats.
We had dinner at Michel on Friday December 22nd, the restaurant was complete, we had a great culinary moment. The welcome by the team was perfect, and the dishes made with excellence: for me the Saint Jacques roasted in the entrance, then the lean net, perfect cooking and to finish the blown at the Chasselas perfectly executed.
