This new small restaurant in a quiet square just off of the main pedestrian mall is quite a gem. We tried the fish dish of the day and the chef's gastro version of paella. Both were excellent and beautifully presented with amazing attention to detail. We even ordered a side of French fries when we saw the waiter walk by with an order and found out they were freshly cut and homemade... they were perfect. The desserts were also homemade and very tasty. I got the craquelin dessert made with locally grown peanuts. My husband got the baba pastry with fresh fruit and armagnac. He said it was the best baba he's ever had. Such high quality, fresh and tasty food takes a bit longer, but is well worth...
