We booked a wedding meal for 8 people by choosing the menus on the map. Excelling meal with well-stocked and decorated plates. But our welcome was very cold, even no congratulations from the server that rushed to take commands by making signs of difficulty and impatience when our choices were undecided. Very unhappy, not professional. When we asked if he had an Irish coffee, he told us coldly that he wasn't from here and that he didn't know. We ended up asking for the check and when we left it was barely if we were told goodbye and not even a thank you. I do not recommend this restaurant without heat!!!!
A very nice place. Little fear of our arrival because no one at the hotel's reception to welcome us. We are still waiting 5 minutes for nothing, so we are heading towards the restaurant alone... Fortunately the catering service was top to catch up with this disastrous start. The meal was good and the wine was excellent. Dessert in the cozy space very pleasant. Finally despite this couac I recommend because the restoration service was up to the height.
First visit to this establishment for the reception of a wedding very pleasant staff very neat places lots of good things to eat large parking lot a very beautiful view clean and well signposted toilets (this is always useful) The only negative point was that the guests, particularly female guests, had a lot of difficulty with the white pebbles that line the terrace. Everything was amazing, the food, the atmosphere and the service. A big thank you to the waiters that evening, they were extremely attentive to every detail and always asked us how we were feeling and if we liked it. Frame and meal nothing to say I loved a lot. On the other hand, not really nice servers, we feel like we bother them. No discussion no exchange... we ate on the terrace, at nightfall we asked for light. Anyway, the not great service for a restaurant that wants to be classy... yes the white towel full of spots of my spouse I'm not talking about it...
We spent a very good time in this restaurant located in the charming village of Saint Hippolyte. the dishes were excellent, the products of high quality. also for desserts. The waitress was very kind! only flat: we would have wanted to eat at the place of the terrace where we have the view on the alsace plain.
a local and creative cuisine unfortunately spoiled by a service too young and too inexperienced that makes the meal endless. 40 minutes between a dish and a dessert is a lot, much too long, especially a night of the week.
