Excellent table and attentive service : The cooked products come from their livestock and their permaculture vegetable garden. We had the pleasure of tasting bull and pigeon, both equally excellent. The surprising dessert (thousand leaves of eggplant a very nice discovery! Seasonal products right through to dessert ; We will come back accompanied to show off your table, that’s for sure!!
Superb restaurant which is worth a detour: perfect welcome, well-composed menu, remarkable service, very well-cooked dishes, semi-gastronomic prices. I recommend the Gardianne specialty of bull but my wife did not appreciate the dish composed of quails (uncooked) and vegetables from their vegetable garden.
Excellent table! We enjoyed the gardianne and the bull carpaccio was superb! Exceptional setting in the middle of the natural site of the Camargue with its animals (horses bulls donkeys goats etc. ! Thanks to Vincent for the welcome and his cooking! We will come back !
