Exceptional evening, enjoyed at the end of our holiday. What to say from sea spider to caviar, from saint-pierre to peas, from dessert decorated to gold leaf... (only three of the six dishes): everything was just as unforgettable. Add to this the composition of balanced but very surprising wines, in our case with only white wines; without forgetting the very correct service and the interested sommelier: thank you to the whole team for this fantastic evening!
the table is subtle, agile to sublimate the local flavours, in love with its terroir, knowing how to combine the extreme refinement of French cuisine and the flavour of the Corsica, the service is neat, the superb view! a beautiful address to conclude a dream week!
Everything is perfect, service, food. Why only 4 instead of 5? The music, three times the same evening songs, is a little heavy. Be as creative and inventive in music as in your dishes! Edit 5 actually because it's really exceptional
