We had heard of this restaurant, in good and bad, and then we thought we should go to see ourselves, even to judge. In one evening, it was a getaway worthy of a tour of the world. Festive burger and the jambalaya that reminded us of the louisiane, chicken colombo like the inspector and his grilled chicken with coconut milk, as in the antils and especially in Guadeloupe. The crunch of St. Marcellin, the back of grilled salmon and his butternut gratin will remain engraved in our jean memories placid the patron of the place told us that the butternuts came from the valley of the gresivaudan.
