I have eaten with colleagues several times, always at noon. The food is organic, excellent quality and taken with great care in the presentation. I like wine, but know little about it so that good advice to have both regarding what I have chosen is very welcome. I love the style and decor of the restaurant, but if it's nice, then eating out is also a pleasure. I do not remember that I have ever been disappointed, and it is that consistently high quality, service and cordial greeting that returns to me. If you are looking for somewhere in Crolles, this is worth it.
We had lunch here on recommendation. Of the reviews I've read before, maybe they had a free day. The appetizers were pretty good, but the main course was very moderate. And since this restaurant is also a wine shop that emphasizes local and natural wines, I had expected to see an interesting list of by-the-glass selections. However, the list of wines provided by the glass was very sparse, with none of them coming from the area.
That was our first visit to that restaurant and that will certainly not be the last one. The staff is very gentle, calm and looking forward to satisfy their customers. We have enjoyed very much the salmon smoked by the chief, 'unknown ' local wines and an ice cream also prepared by the chief. The dishes are simple but well prepared from fresh food and well presented. A good value for money.
Went to Tonneau Gourmand with three colleagues in June 2017. I ordered the duckbone and another ordered the pork nurses (which I tried some). Both were moist and tasty and made right. The restaurant has a wide selection of wine. The waiter/manager of the restaurant was helpful and explained the Entrees and the wines they need to offer. Food and service both A!
