Went for lunch with my wife mum. It was really busy, but we’ll staffed and friendly service. All 3 of us had different mains, Truffle Gorgonzola burger for me(Well cooked and tasty) My mum had the Risotto, wife the Sea food Ravioli and both thought their food was delicious. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious and the lemon meringue cake was loved by my wife. A very pleasant experience and we’ll be going back soon.
This was my first time using OpenTable, and unfortunately our reservation wasn't on their records at La Tasca. However, with my booking reference, they ensured a table was available for us. It was a wonderful Mother's Day evening and I will definitely be going again. The food is of exceptional value and there is plenty of it. It's just a shame that the booking facility isn't up to the same standard as the food.
The food that wasn't served cold and missing parts was good but the service is awful. The restaurant didn't even have a record of my booking! A complaint has been submitted. I looked at reviews other had left for this restaurant and the ones that complain about cold food and terrible service are spot on. Avoid if you can.
The restaurant had a lively atmosphere on Saturday evening. The food was delicious and the service was quick, despite being very busy with returning customers. The restaurant stood out from typical chain restaurants with its unique atmosphere, which was also worth noting. Book a table now
The food at this restaurant was extremely low quality, possibly the worst Tapas I have ever tasted. However, the service was good. I do not recommend this place and I have no intention of returning to La Tasca in the future.
The oak smoked salmon pasta was very nice. The rest was very average with the staff under par. They were very inattentive and it was really difficult trying to catch anyone’s eye.
