WHAT AN INSURANCE Definitely avoid this place. If you don't know how customer service works in the restaurant, it's better to close the restaurant. As a sales representative for a large pharmaceutical company, I eat out every day. Mostly with customers like that day. Selected and reserved a table in the restaurant. Called to say it would be later (that can happen with doctors) and when we got there, our table was gone. When we complained, we were told we could go somewhere else. I then asked my customer if we should go to Gentile. The employee or was it even the totally unfriendly boss himself?? took the cards out of our hands and said we should go somewhere else. I can only agree with the previous speakers. Food was still ok, but the service was bottom drawer. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. The boss should be fired immediately, as should the employees. Avoid this restaurant if you want polite service!
We were a group of 14 people. We were made very welcome, the service was great and we ate very well! We recommend this establishment without further ado!
Mediocre food but I have never experienced such catastrophic, unfriendly service. Never again, learn how to bust customers and customer friendliness!!!!
