Best carcase cassoulet. Yet I tasted several and that of the modern tavern remained better. I highly recommend because apart from eating well you enjoy the warm welcome, it looks like we were waiting for you. during our carcase stay we ate here three times and every time it was very good. regional dishes are simple and good. "Very quaint place with average service but above average food. We seat upstairs the fist night and enjoyed the 28euro menu items and salads. For New Years we had a 42 Euro menu which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place."
