We stopped in after a day ar the observatory. What a treat! We were early for dinner which begins at 7, but Jeane suggested we put our name in and sit for a beverage. She was helpful and inviting. Between our limited French and her English we had so much success. Dinner was amazing! If we had not been on a “family” time schedule we most certainly would have had dessert. We had the pork and beef and neither plate disappointed. Realizing this is out of the way for most travelers, but it’s the best way to experience another country. Thank you Jeane, your amazing.
A delicious moment this afternoon to celebrate a birthday with friends. Booking by SMS and communication with the whole team is top notch. As an aperitif, we were delighted with a platter of tasty charcuterie from La Vie d'Estive and a choice of very well cooked dishes. I also recommend the cheese board from the Campan valley. Bravo for the service and the atmosphere in this restaurant which lives up to its name and where you feel at home. Looking forward to enjoying the terrace this summer!!!
We had a terrific meal and enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. It is situated on a quiet square and has both indoor an outdoor seating. It is pretty much a one man show and he prepares and serves high quality food and wine. We went here in the recommendation of a local and were glad we did!
