Went here for my boyfriends birthday dinner , waited almost 10 minutes to be seated they put us in the parking lot with the sun beating on us , got up to move to indoors finally they let us sit on the patio . We ordered our food and drinks and the food took an hour to come out we asked our server how much longer it was going to be he shrugged his shoulder and said I don’t know and was laughing and said he would find out how much longer because we have already been waiting about 50 minutes at this point , he comes back and tells us another 6,8,10 minutes. I spent two hours at this restaurant, and it wasn’t by choice. After waiting 30 minutes for drinks and then another hour without receiving any food, I had to interrupt an employee who was on his phone to ask about my order. The service was terrible, and the food, when it finally arrived, was cold and flavorless. It was a completely disappointing experience. By the time we received our meals, my kids were restless and eager to leave. The cold food wasn’t even worth taking home. The staff made no effort to rectify the situation. I will never return to this restaurant; it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Even Taco Bell offers better food and service than this place.
we came in for lunch today. our first time being there and it certainly won't be our last. the restaurant itself is gorgeous and has an awesome atmosphere. the food was superb. we both got steak burrito bowls and it was ????. our server was so so nice and treated us so well. I really wish more restaurants treated their customers this well.
Great food but the last two times we've been there the hostess was dressed like she just got out of bed with ugly tight stretch pants and a t shirt. Not very appealing. The older blonde haired woman that use to be the hostess was always dressed nicely and always walked around trying to see if you needed anything when not busy.

We began with unlimited chips and salsa, and everything only got better from there. Our favorites included the Mi Pueblo bowl with either pork or chicken, the Taco Salad Bowl, the Hawaiian Chicken Quesadilla, and the Chorizo Fries appetizer.
The service is really slow when it comes to getting your order, and they only check in for drink refills when it's time to pay the bill—seems like a strategy for getting tips! This was my fourth attempt at trying this restaurant.
I've had the quesadillas every time I've visited, and they never disappoint. The food is consistently excellent, even during these challenging times.
From the decor, service, margaritas and food it was a top notch experience! I've been there twice this week and can't wait to go back!
